We collect information you provide directly when you register or use VyCheckout — including your name, email address, business name, and payment details. We also automatically collect usage data, device information, IP addresses, and transaction records to operate and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers — PayPal for payment processing and Supabase for secure data storage — under strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
All payment processing is handled by PayPal. VyCheckout does not store card numbers or full payment credentials. PayPal's own privacy policy governs all data collected at the point of payment. You can review it at paypal.com/privacy.
We use essential session cookies for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account remains active. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@vycheckout.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit and apply strict access controls to data at rest. While we take security seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your login credentials private.
VyCheckout is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
VyCheckout operates globally. By using our platform, you consent to your information being processed and stored in servers that may be located outside your country of residence. We apply the same level of data protection regardless of where data is processed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By creating an account or using VyCheckout in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VyCheckout.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using VyCheckout, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using VyCheckout on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
VyCheckout may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the platform to process payments for illegal goods or services, to commit fraud, to launder money, to send spam, or to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Payment processing is provided via PayPal and is subject to PayPal's terms, conditions, and fees. A platform fee of 24% applies to each transaction processed through VyCheckout. This fee is deducted automatically from the gross payment amount before crediting your balance. Withdrawal minimums and processing times apply as displayed in the platform.
VyCheckout operates a referral programme that pays a 1% commission on the gross value of payments collected by users you refer. Commissions are credited to your VyCheckout balance automatically. VyCheckout reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of the referral system — including creating fake accounts or self-referrals — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all commissions.
Withdrawal requests are processed manually within 5–14 business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply: $100 for PayPal and $500 for bank transfers. VyCheckout is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Withdrawals to incorrect destinations provided by the user cannot be reversed.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity, with or without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any pending balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be paid out to you within a reasonable timeframe.
VyCheckout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for losses resulting from payment processor downtime, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VyCheckout's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to VyCheckout in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VyCheckout and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction in which VyCheckout is registered, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
