By creating an account or using VyCheckout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VyCheckout.
By accessing or using VyCheckout — including creating an account, visiting the website, or using any features of the platform — you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of VyCheckout, including account holders, visitors to public profiles, and anyone who makes a payment through our platform.

Payment processing is provided via PayPal and Stripe, subject to their respective terms and fees. VyCheckout charges a platform fee of 9% on each successful transaction processed through our platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the gross payment amount before crediting your account balance.
Example: A payment of $100 results in a net credit of $91 to your VyCheckout balance after the 9% platform fee.
Additional fees charged by PayPal or Stripe (typically 2.9% + fixed fee) are separate and governed by their own terms. VyCheckout is not responsible for payment processor fees or exchange rate differences.
VyCheckout operates a referral programme where you earn a 1% commission on the gross value of payments collected by users who sign up using your referral link.
You may withdraw your available VyCheckout balance subject to the following conditions:
VyCheckout includes social features including public profiles, payment link sharing, and a follow system. By using these features, you agree that:

VyCheckout may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for:
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@vycheckout.com. Upon account closure, any available balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out within a reasonable timeframe. Balances below the minimum threshold will be forfeited.
VyCheckout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from payment processor downtime, third-party service failures, force majeure events, cyberattacks, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VyCheckout and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
VyCheckout's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of our platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to VyCheckout in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VyCheckout and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or by the courts of the jurisdiction in which VyCheckout is registered. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email and a prominent notice on our platform. Minor changes (such as clarifications) may be made without notice.
Your continued use of VyCheckout after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
